What is Bebik?

Bebik is a comprehensive baby tracking app that helps you monitor your baby's activities, growth, and development. Track feeding sessions, sleep patterns, diaper changes, medication, temperature, and growth measurements all in one place.

How do I create my first baby profile?

1. Open the app and tap "Create Profile" (or "+" button)
2. Enter your baby's name, birth date, and gender
3. Optionally add a profile photo from your photo library
4. Tap "Save" to create the profile

Is the app free?

Yes! Bebik offers a free version with basic features including basic activity tracking, one profile, and history viewing. Premium features (subscriptions) unlock advanced analytics, PDF reports, up to 7 profiles, and more.

What are the premium features?

Premium features include: Advanced analytics and charts, PDF report generation, multiple profile support (up to 7 profiles), advanced growth tracking, and extended history access.

My premium features aren't unlocking after purchase

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Wait a few minutes - sometimes there's a delay.
2. Restart the app.
3. Check your internet connection.
4. Go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find "Bebik" and tap Cancel Subscription.

What is iCloud Sync?

iCloud Sync allows you to sync your baby's data across all your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad) using your personal iCloud account. It is automatically enabled if you are signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive enabled.

My data isn't syncing

• Ensure you're signed in to the same iCloud account on all devices.
• Verify you have enough iCloud storage.
• Check internet connection.
• Check Settings → iCloud Sync → Sync Status in the app.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored locally on your device (SwiftData) and optionally in your personal iCloud account if sync is enabled.

How do I export my data?

Premium users can generate PDF reports from the History, Growth, or Analytics sections by tapping the PDF/share button.

What are Live Activities?

Live Activities show real-time information on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island (iPhone 14 Pro+). Bebik uses them to display sleep timer information.

My Live Activity isn't showing

Ensure you are on iOS 16.1+, using an iPhone, and have Live Activities enabled in Settings → Face ID & Passcode and in Bebik Settings.

How many profiles can I create?

Free users can create 1 profile. Premium users can create up to 7 profiles.

Can I delete a profile?

Yes, go to Settings → Profile Manager, swipe left or edit, and tap "Delete Profile". Warning: This permanently deletes all data for that profile.

What activities can I track?

Feeding (breast/bottle), Sleep, Diaper changes, Medicine, Temperature, and Growth (weight, height, head).

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! Bebik works offline. Data is stored locally and syncs to iCloud when internet is available.

The app crashes or freezes

1. Force close and reopen the app.
2. Restart your device.
3. Check for updates in the App Store.

PDF reports aren't generating

Ensure you have a Premium subscription and an active internet connection. If issues persist, contact support.
